Step one. Find a beach.

De Bisschop didnt leave much of a paper trail when it comes to details when he Built Kaimiloa on the beach in 1936. A few photos exist to get hints from. As I build a construction model I keep coming up with more and more questions, so I started a list. Later I'll move it to another page so It can be managed if answers come along.

What happened to Kaimiloa hull after voyage?

    Eric De Bisschop inspired and inaugurated a wave of pride and capability in Polynesian and Austronesian navigation.  His Pioneering voyage in 1936 rekindled awareness of the greatest period of exploration on the sea. I started this website to gather and share information about De Bisschop and the Kaimiloa.
